Classroom Displays and environment.

A poster to highlight one of the many roles of the teacher
Classroom Displays

Our growth Mindset Visual which we cued into when reinforcing actions or modelling great ideas and actions from this mindset.

A huge part of the Teaching is the ongoing displays of work from the children and the display of key activities and units of work around the room. These are invaluable to offer an opportunity for the students to have an audience for their work, and also a discussion point with their family.
Hall art Displays that reflect the Unit being covered.
Each week I give out 2 Trophies on Friday to recognise someone who has demonstrated without being told the Key Competencies we have covered and use to help others and work positively as a team. Photos are taken and put up on display in my "Angels Gallery" ( people who help others and always give their best effort even when a teacher isn't there)
I also use this form of display to open conversations with Parents and acknowledge or include families into our class activities.
Our class photo welcoming Yassin to our class. Clearly in the background you can see the displays for our wall stories from trips that involved Parents, our class dictionary for writing is under the whiteboard.
